Toni Bowyer, Director
Toni Bowyer graduated from Eastern Mennonite University with a B.S. degree; majoring in Management/ Organizational Developmental and Liberal Arts. She has been working in the childcare field for over 8 years.
Allyson Speake, Assistant Director/ Lead Teacher
Allyson Speake grew up in New Hampshire where she attended Plymouth State University. She graduated with a B.S. in Childhood Studies, earning her teaching certification.
Beth Voight, Lead Teacher
"Grammy" Beth has earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Nursery through Elementary Education (Early Childhood), with minors in music and English, and has completed graduate coursework in Remedial Reading. "Grammy" Beth and her husband, Ed, have been Massanutten residents for nearly 12 years and have 4 children and 7 grandchildren. Beth has enjoyed careers in education and business for more than 30 years.
Heather Vandevender, Early Preschool Teacher
Heather grew up in Broadway, Virginia, graduating from Broadway High School in 2006. She has been working with children in a daycare/preschool setting for six years. She is currently working toward her C.D.A.
Heather Hensley, Infant/ Toddler Teacher
Heather Hensley is a Spotswood High School graduate with a certificate in communication and fine arts. Heather took Spanish as a second language, and she also speaks moderate sign language. Heather has worked in the child care for more than two years, and has recently completed over 30 hours of childcare training.
Regina Merica, Preschool Teacher
Regina Merica graduated from Spotswood High School in 2004 and has worked with children in multiple settings for 8 years. She has recently completed over 24 hours of childcare training. Regina has lived in the McGaheysville area her entire life.
Olivia Lynn, Afternoon Preschool Coordinator
Olivia is a qualified child-care provider and holds a Bachelors Degree in Psychology from Longwood University, Associates in General Studies from Central VA Community College and has a provisional teaching license in Math & English. Before joining Lil' Bloomers in June 2009, Olivia worked for 12 years for a diverse range of organizations, including teaching, non-profit, insurance, and television.
Cristi Sites, Infant Teacher
Cristi is a certified nursing assistant and continues coursework toward her nursing degree. Cristi is certified in CPR and First Aid and has worked in the afterschool program at Cub Rub Elementary School for the past year. Cristi is a life-long resident of McGaheysville.

Bethany Herring, Teacher Assistant
Bethany Herring is a junior at Spotswood High School. She is very active in her church youth group. She has worked with children aged newborn and older for 3 years, participating and helping with Christmas plays and Vacation Bible School. Bethany is currently working on earning childcare training hours.
